Daniel (Dan) was raised in the impossibly hot desert of Phoenix, Arizona. He earned a Bachelor’s Degree in History from the University of Arizona. Since leaving Arizona in 2008, he and his wife have lived in Kentucky, New York City, and Utah. Daniel completed his PA training at the University of Kentucky, and he became interested in working in a surgical practice.  In Utah he began working in Neurosurgery and after moving to Bend, Dan has been enjoying Central Oregon outdoor life especially hiking, canoeing and skiing with his growing young family including spouse, Dr. Irene Czyszczon and daughter.
